Last Year we did a Visita Iglesia: Manila, this time Manila again but with the addition of Malabon.

Our first stop was the Our Lady of Penafrancia Church in Paco. This was my first time here but thanks to Google Maps finding this small church was not hard. The visit was a bit disappointing as the front of the church was littered with a carosa and some shacks, i think they are doing some renovating.

Next was the San Fernando de Dilao Church in Paz Street Paco. This church serves as the temporary replacement of the Manila Cathedral while it is being renovated so there is much activity here. When we arrived there were so many priests and people outside. The people were carrying tarpaulins of faces of priests, it was Priests Days. Probaby new priests were ordained.

Afterwards we went to Santa Cruz Church. The church has a new facade, its look which i still have not decided yet if i like.

Next stop San Agustin Church, the church paint has been stripped. I have no idea if they will repaint it the same color or give it another look. Visited the ruins of San Ignacio Church too.

Next the Sto Nino de tondo Church. Then Immaculate Conception Church in Malabon.

For lunch we went to Aling Mely’s Carinderia in A Bonifacio Street in Malabon.

After lunch we went to the UST Church and San Beda Church.

Last church to be visited was the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Santa Mesa Manila.
