Whenever i go to Singapore, Ikea seems to be ever on the places i go to.
At Ikea i usually buy Frames and small items which can fit in my check in luggage. For bigger items i have them sent by Cargo.
If there is one Supermarket i can spend the whole day in, that would be NTUC Fair Price Finest in Zhong Shan Mall.
Not only does NTUC have a wide selection of goods to choose from, the quality is of very high quality.
But the main reason why this Supermarket is my favorite is because of their Self Check Out. I just find it so interesting to scan the groceries, pay for them by myself and then pack them.
I chanced upon this shop when i was looking for the exit to Tang’s Department Store and made a wrong turn somewhere. I was lucky to have found this small boutique shop where they were selling Calligraphy Sets, Pens, Wax Seals & Leather goods. The Goods looked very elegant and it was an Italian Brand and they were since 1933 too.
They were at 50% off too!! The Calligraphy set i liked was just priced at SGD25. They also have lots of leather goods worth buying. I also got a Wax Seal Set for only SGD$12.
