The Food: I was a frequent visitor of Bacolod during the early part of 2000s and 18th Street Pala Pala was my favorite but things have changed. Their food quality has declined. There was nothing memorable about what we ate. The Monggo was undercooked, the kilawin was unforgettable too. Will definitely erase 18th Street Pala Pala from my list of where to eat in Bacolod.
The Service: Service at 18th Street Pala Pala is awful. We were already in the middle of our meal and our nobody even bothered to get our drinks. No Service water was served also. We called the waiter and ask for their drinks, we got fresh buko. And the Buko got served several minutes later. Definitely poor service.
“18th Street Pala Pala used to serve good food partnered with great service but that has changed and they now serve mediocre food partnered with so so service”
