Where to Relax at the Airport in Singapore

Singapore Airlines Silverkris Lounge – Changi T3

The Silverkris Lounge at T3 is Big! It even has Sofa’s where one can sleep. Ask for a Pillow and Blanket from their Staff. Food at T3 Silverkris is almost the same as T2’s though there are some additions.

They have Maki at T3. Also there are some dishes which T2 does not have. Like T2 there are showers also. The Toilet has a bidet too.

Silverkris Lounge at T3 is open 24 hours.

Singapore Airlines Silverkris Lounge – Changi Airport T2

the Silverkris Lounge in T2 has Showers where you can take a Hot or Cold bath. It has complete toiletries. They have perfume, after shave & lotion by L’Occitane. Toothbrush & toothpaste, shaver also provided. Shampoo & shower gel also provided. Fresh towels already in the shower room.

Food at the lounge was good but i liked the food at the BKK Silverkris better.

Silverkris Lounge at T2 is open 24 hours.

Singapore Airlines Silverkris Lounge – Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok

The Silverkris loung in Bkk is quite small. There are no tables where you can eat restaurant style. Seats are in fabric rather than in the more luxurious leather. Fully carpeted. Chairs have no power outlets. The lounge has no toilet, instead you will have to go out. And it is quite some distance. Not good for travellers with reduced mobility.

The food meanwhile is outstanding. I enjoyed the food offerings a lot! There was dimsum, spicy seafood soup, pork knuckles, deep fried fish fillet, chicken curry, rice, cold cuts, cheeses, canapes, curry puff, tuna nuggets, salad, fresh fruits, cup noodles, there was even coconuts, tub tim krub!! Juices, wines, different kinds of coffee & tea. There was also a variety of thai & singaporean desserts and haagen daaz ice cream (Strawberry, Vanilla & Chocolate).

There was a lack of facilities or amenities but the food did make up for it.
